专利摘要:
Process and apparatus for checking the authenticity of valuable documents by subjecting the document to be checked in a closed room to at least incident light, transmitting and floodlight, especially floodlight at angles of 0 tot 15°. Apparatus is described with document examination places without relative interference of the different radiation.

The invention relates to devices for checking valuable documents, bank notes, checks, passports, driver's licenses, and the like.
The aim of the invention is to simplify the design and improve the accuracy of the device.
Figure 1 shows the proposed device, a General view; figure 2 - diagram of the device.
The device includes a housing I, made of three parts; the left part of the housing 2 is intended for connecting the device to the power supply; the central part of the housing — the first compartment 3 — is intended for examining penetrating light and the right part of the housing — the second compartment 4 — is intended for examining documents with oblique light, elements 5 and 6 of connecting the device to nets, a transparent window 7, made of synthetic material, for example, acrylate, fixed by, for example, angles 8, a white light source 9, equipped with a light-guiding screen 10, an opaque screen
11, an ultraviolet or fluorescent light source 12, a safety cap 13, a partition 14, a base screen 15 having two zones 16 and 17 of various parameters, and an entrance slit 18.
The device works as follows.
The document is placed for ultraviolet irradiation on the base of the screen 15 in zone 17, on which the object can also be examined with oblique light. Zone 16 is intended for examination only with oblique light. In the upper part on the translucent window 7, an object is examined with penetrating light. The protective cap 13, for example, consists of a blue protective glass in order to filter ultraviolet light and to protect the consumer from this light.

by overprinting bright ink brightens in contrast with the rest of the banknote. The fibers in genuine banknotes brighten the fluorescence under these sources. There are no fake copies of these fibers. To control possible counterfeits by cleaning up with chemicals or any counterfeit, banknotes or other documents are placed under ultraviolet light. Counterfeits are contrasted by the absorption or fluorescence of ultraviolet light on the document paper. On a white plane of synthetic material, a possible watermark in paper is visible when a white light source is on.
In the case of a fake by means of a mechanical cleaning, some are erased with a rubber or wipe with a knife or other sharp objects with a document, after which new fake notes are printed or engraved on the document, the paper, canvas and suline fibers are also erased or damaged. With these, interpolations appear through the document, which must be controlled, on the translucent plane. The light source shines through the paper or canvas of the document. If the paper is damaged, go to the canvas, the paper, canvas or 5 satin layer is thinned and thus transmits more light than the surrounding non-manufactured parts of the controlled document. At the described fakes, bright spots can be seen.
When inspected by oblique or sliding light, the document is placed in the apparatus under the switched on lamp (source), emitting at least white light, in the front zone 17 or in the rear zone 16 of the control. White light in both cases shines on the document with a small angle of incidence. Angle, which, mainly can be adjusted, not pain. Stamps and imitations0

Banknote or other document of the size of 50 watermark and metallography
Squash in zone 17 for blue fluorescent light source 12 or other types of ultraviolet or fluorescent light sources. After turning on these sources, it is possible to ascertain by the absorption or fluorescence of the light on the paper whether the banknotes or other documents are fake, and possible forged watermarks
It can be clearly seen and it is possible to investigate them. The possibilities provided for the study with oblique sliding light reveal details that are not shown in other ways.
